1. Controller

Australian Performance Group ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through the APG Mentorship System.

2. Data We Collect

Account: name, email, login credentials. Usage: progress through the system, login activity, device identifiers, IP address. Support: messages you send us. Payment data is collected and processed by Paddle (see below).

3. Purposes & Legal Basis

We process your data to: create and operate your account (contract performance), deliver the system materials and worksheets (contract performance), secure the Service and prevent fraud (legitimate interests), respond to support requests (contract performance), and improve the product (legitimate interests). Marketing emails, if any, are sent only with your consent.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with: hosting and analytics service providers (subprocessors); our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing; professional advisers (legal, accounting); and authorities where legally required.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as you have an active account, and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us. UK/EEA residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

7. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for sign-in and core functionality. We may use limited analytics cookies to improve the Service.
