14-Day Refund Window

If the APG Mentorship System is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date. After that, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact us and we'll assist you with the request.

Recurring Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Once cancelled, you retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be billed again.
