Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

If the APG Mentorship System is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date. After that, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.

How to request a refund

Email us via the in-app contact details to request a refund. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method, processed through our payment provider (Stripe).

Recurring Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page (Manage Billing). Once cancelled, you retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be billed again.
