1. Seller

The APG Mentorship System (the "Service") is provided by Australian Performance Group (the "Seller"). By using the Service you agree to be contracted with the Seller.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service, including unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, scraping, distributing malware, or interfering with security or other users.

4. Intellectual Property

All system materials — videos, worksheets, assessments, branding and software — are owned by the Seller. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for personal development. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials.

5. Service Level

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For full payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics see Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is educational content for athletic development. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller's aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
